*Our process  includes assessing, planning, teaching, and applying what we observe in our students’ learning and progress profile. We start by assessing your child’s strengths and needs so that we have an in-depth understanding of your child’s talents, interests, and how s/he learns best. We use a combination of in-house diagnostics and tests, parent interviews, as well as a review of report cards, work samples, and any other reports/documents made available to us. We also consult with teachers and referring professionals, if appropriate.

*We use the results of our assessment to plan an individualized program to meet your child’s learning needs and goals. We believe that each student is unique, and so their learning program should be designed and taught to reflect that uniqueness. Our plan is focused and designed to meet specific target skills and performance goals, whether it is remediation, enrichment, or support.

*We teach your child skills, strategies, and knowledge to help them develop their confidence and motivation.  We personally connect with each student, coaching them along the way, and celebrating with them every small and big step they take.  We pace lessons, providing lessons at individual speed so your child can stay challenged and make progress without getting frustrated.

*We measure results as the program is delivered, and ensure that goals are being met and progress is being made. We modify programs as needed so that growth is continuous, and ensure that there is ample opportunity for review, reinforcement and additional practice.
